The Rutland Arms Hotel, Bakewell

The hotel is a fine Georgian building at the centre of the lovely market town of Bakewell with its riverside setting and right at the heart of the Peak District National Park.

The Rutland Arms Hotel has a unique character and you will receive a warm and friendly service. The quality of the food is impressive and the menu lives up to the style and high reputation that the hotel is gaining for itself. Jane Austen is supposed to have stayed here.

The town is surrounded by spectacular countryside and enjoys the bustle of a market town with traditional shopping streets.

Bedroom Layout .You will stay in one of the bedrooms in the recently refurbished courtyard.

 
 

The Dove Valley Centre, Sheen

If you enjoy spectacular scenery and care about the environment you will love staying here. Set in a rather special and secluded location in the Peak District, the Dove Valley Centre is a rich mixture of eco-friendly converted barns, environmentally managed woodlands, diverse grassland and riverside meadows.

Walks can be started from the doorstep of the centre and the villages of Longnor and Hartington are within easy reach. Across the river looms the impressive bulk of the mounds of Pilsbury Castle which will spark your curiosity.

Our breaks and courses are held in the Hay Barn studio and the adjoining Shippon and Hayloft provide comfortable and stylish bedrooms. Continental style breakfasts offer generous proportions to start your day.

   

The New Bath Hotel, Matlock Bath, belongs to Brook Hotels and from the moment you step into it you will feel relaxed and at ease with its warm charm and traditional character. You might even have time to take a dip in the hotel's plunge pool which is fed by natural warm mineral springs from the ground or use the sauna or tennis courts.

All main meals are taken in the Hotel's elegant Lamp and Seam Restaurant which serves mouth-watering British Fayre. Bedrooms are en suite and well appointed. Your room may be situated in either the traditional part or in the modern elegant wing and perhaps overlooking the outdoor pool.

Bedroom layouts available : Twin or Single rooms although you may be asked to share in certain situations or pay a supplement if all Single room allocations have been taken.
